Departure Anxiety

Anyone else get anxiety when it's time to leave for something?

Lately every time I have to leave to work (other places also)  I get this short breath, mini panic thing.

Sinking my Chi sort of works.

Yes I do, because it is a change in my routine. I get anxious before traveling.

If it's a routine thing, like leaving work every afternoon, I'm OK. I'm not keen on travelling other times though, although I haven't done much of that to be honest.

I used to have problems with nausea when anxious too, but since being on antidepressants this has got a lot better.

Yes - Apparently its "transitions" of any kind according t my other half.

Back pain almost always kicks in just as i start to get ready for something.. The Dog knows before i do sometimes, when its gonna happen :[
