  1. Some novels I have read with character portrayels of Autism/Aspergers, not always as a main character. Starred are my Favourites. Eleanor Oliphont Is completely Fine - Gail Honeyman Attachments - Rainbow Rowell *Radio Silence - Alice Orseman The Kiss Quotient - Helen Hoang *All Systems Red (and whole Murderbot series - Its about a human-like robot but is very relatable from an Austism perspective) - Martha Wells Lady Midnight (and whole Dark Artifices series) - Cassandra Clare The Rosie Project - Graeme Simsion The Perks of Being a Wallflower - Stephen Chbosky The curious incident of the Dog in the Nightime - Mark Haddon *The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - Steig Larsson I also think: Truly Devious - Maureen Johnson Mary Poppins - P.L Travers (very different from the films) Please share any you have read

    Subforum for ASD resources

I think it would be a really good idea if there were a subforum for ASD resources. In the forum, one could post articles, links to sites, literature or youTube videos about ASD. If someone finds something useful, they can post it there, and then it will all be neatly in one place and easily found by others without having to crawl through all the other post in the General Discussion thread, where such things are usually put. Also, I suggest having a separate thread pinned for people to post their YouTube videos, or to promote their YouTube channels. Separate threads could be made and pinned in a future ASD resouces subforum for those who want to promote their YouTube channels on the forum (such as Smileaday's channel), or for existing resources such as the existing Dr. Attwood's Channel (already pinned) or, of course, for Willow's videos, should she decide to make them public again. Personally, I would find this much more useful than the current system, and I'm sure it will also encourage newcomers to join the site. Many people would benefit.
