Don't neglect looking a sleep disorders - sleep apnea can really degrade your waking capabilities a lot.

Also, consider making a list of the stressors in your life. Then beside each rank them by stress. Then start with the least stressful and solve some of the simple ones. This relieves energy for more difficult ones. Example: if I am stressing about money, it is usually includes fear of the unknown magnitude. I used to avoid thinking about so it would grow and grow. Now I sit down immediately, balance my check book. This relaxes me enormously. Now I have control.
