Teeth clicking/grinding?

I was very little when I started grinding my teeth. Then my parents told me to stop because it wasn't good for my teeth. So instead, I started clicking them back and forth, and that seemed to be a fine replacement. But now I've started grinding my teeth AGAIN. I was just wondering if the teeth clicking was a part of Aspergers/ASD. I've read some about autism and bruxism, but according to my source, it only occurs in "low-functioning" individuals. (I really hate the low- and high-functioning labels.)

Its just a habit ... probably related (stimming). I'd find a different 'source'

I probably grin my teeth at night and I don't even know it. As far as stimming, I play with my teeth a lot and I think it's because they're crooked.
