Any reusable earplugs for sleeping recommendations?

Does anyone have a recommendation for earplugs that have a good noise reduction, are soft, and good for sleeping? I bought some reusable earplugs to save money. Supposedly they have a 29 noise reduction but it feels more like 10 noise reduction and they also hurt my ears to the point where I couldn't sleep. They also hurt when I take them out, like my eardrum feels pulled when taking them out. Any help is appreciated.
